The Florida Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Challenge recognizes outstanding traffic safety programs across Florida. The Challenge focuses on efforts to enforce traffic safety laws and educate the public about key issues, including distracted and impaired driving, motorcycle safety, occupant protection, child passenger safety, pedestrian and bicycle safety, speeding, aggressive driving, and other factors affecting roadway safety. This initiative supports the goal of increasing statewide enforcement of traffic safety laws to reduce crashes, serious injuries, and fatalities.
